Data we collect
When you join PULSE or create an account, we collect your name, email address, organisation details, and the information you provide in your membership application. We use this data solely to operate your membership, review applications, and run the association's services.
How we use it
Your data is used to manage memberships, company profiles, advisor programmes, and events. We never sell member data. Aggregated, anonymised statistics may be used to represent the ecosystem to partners and policymakers.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure, EU-hosted infrastructure with row-level access controls. Only authorised PULSE staff can access membership records, and only for operational purposes.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contact@pulse.lu. Deleting your account removes your profile, applications, and team memberships.
